About the Artist

  Ted Musho was born and raised in New York City, attending Saint Ignatius Loyola Elementary School, Xavier High School.

 He graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelors of Architecture. For 13 years he was a practicing architect with Pei Cobb Freed and Partners and the Hillier Group.

 He traveled to Florence in 1991 where he attended the British Institute of Florence. He painted, sketched and photographed Italy. Many of those sketches are presented in this website.

 He is a Vice President with Tishman Construction, managing large complex projects from the Oceanwide center in San Francisco to the Spire in London.

 He has shown his work in galleries in New York City, Rome Italy, GreenwichCT, and Southampton NY.

 He teaches free-hand perspective drawing.

 He studied painting with Marilyn Minter, freehand drawing at the Art Students League and sculpture with Robert Bertoia.

 Ted’s greatest teachers have been his father and mother, both of whom are exceptional artists in their own right.
